Co-Founder
Richard's interests and expertise lie at the intersection of AI, ethics, and organisational culture. He previously worked as a data modeller at ClimateTech AI scale-up Zevero when it was a team of five and holds an MSc in Artificial Intelligence from the University of Edinburgh. Alongside building MantaRAI, he supports early-stage founders as a startup educator and adviser at Edinburgh Innovations, with a focus on helping them build and use AI thoughtfully for impact.
Co-Founder
Sidrah specialises in AI governance, ethics, and public policy, with over six years’ experience helping organisations navigate responsible AI in practice. She has delivered advisory and implementation work for organisations including the BBC, Sky, Lloyds, Nationwide, and the Scottish Government. She holds an MPP in Public Policy from the University of Stirling and brings a strong policy-to-practice perspective to MantaRAI.
